These General Terms and Conditions govern access to, browsing of and use of the SakuLumi website, as well as the purchase of the products offered through our online shop.

By placing an order on our website, the user expressly accepts these terms, as well as all the complementary policies relating to privacy, returns and use of the website.

SakuLumi reserves the right to update or modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time in order to adapt them to legal, technical or operational changes. Changes will take effect from the moment they are published on the website.

SakuLumi offers lighting and decoration products designed to create cosy, relaxing and carefully styled atmospheres.

We work to ensure that the images, descriptions and features shown on the website represent each product as accurately as possible. However, small variations in shade, lighting, visual perception or screen settings may exist depending on the device used by the user.

SakuLumi may modify, update or withdraw products from the catalog at any time and without prior notice.

All orders placed through the website are subject to stock availability.

In the event of the temporary or permanent unavailability of a product after a purchase has been made, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and may choose between:

  • Waiting for the product to be restocked

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

SakuLumi reserves the right to cancel orders where reasonable indications of fraud, suspicious activity or misuse of the platform are detected.

Prices are shown in the currency of the country selected on the website — euros (€), US dollars (US$), pounds sterling (£) or Swiss francs (CHF) — and payment is taken in that same currency. Prices are set in euros for Spain and the European Union and in US dollars for the United States and the rest of the Americas; in pounds sterling and Swiss francs they are calculated from the dollar price at the exchange rate in force at the time of purchase, as applied by Shopify. All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs will be shown before the purchase process is completed.

SakuLumi reserves the right to modify prices, promotions and discounts at any time. However, such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

7. Shipping and delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 working days.

The estimated delivery time is between 5 and 10 working days depending on the destination country and the carrier's logistics conditions.

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will automatically receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by external factors beyond SakuLumi's control, such as logistics or customs incidents or situations of force majeure.

8. Returns and right of withdrawal

The customer may exercise the right of return within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

To start the process, the customer must contact our customer service team at lightstandshop@hotmail.com, stating the order number and the reason for the request.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, keeping its original packaging fully intact, including the box, wrapping and any protective elements, exactly as it was delivered.

In the case of a defective, damaged or incorrect item, SakuLumi will arrange the corresponding replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer.

SakuLumi reserves the right to refuse return requests that do not meet the conditions set out in this policy.

9. Warranty

All products sold by SakuLumi are covered by the statutory 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects or lack of conformity, counted from the date of receipt, in accordance with Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 (the Spanish consumer protection act) and the applicable European regulations.

Damage arising from the following is expressly excluded from the warranty cover:

  • Improper use
  • Incorrect handling
  • Installations that are not recommended
  • External modifications
  • Normal wear and tear from use

For any issue relating to the warranty, the customer must contact our support team through the official channels provided for this purpose.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the website, including images, text, logos, designs, graphics and visual elements, is the property of SakuLumi or is used under authorisation.

The reproduction, distribution, modification or use, in whole or in part, of such content without prior express authorisation is prohibited.

11. Liability

SakuLumi shall not be liable for indirect damage, commercial losses or incidents arising from improper use of the website or from external causes beyond our control.

The user undertakes to use the website lawfully, responsibly and in accordance with these terms.
